EasyManageX Document Control is a business application provided by APPNEURAL PRIVATE LIMITED. It connects authorized people to their organization's document workspace. This notice explains the account information, document content and workflow history handled by this app and its service.

Account information and sign-in
You sign in with an organization code, email address and password. The app sends these details over HTTPS to the sign-in service. The identity service validates the password against a stored password hash. The app does not include your password in its saved session.
The app receives a session token, expiry and account information such as your account ID, name, email, organization and permitted workspaces. It saves the session using the device's secure-storage facility so it can restore your sign-in. The server checks your current identity and Document Control permissions when you access the workspace.
Signing out clears the app's saved session and requests server sign-out when the service is reachable. An offline sign-out cannot confirm server revocation. The server can also end access through session expiry or account and membership changes.
Documents, files and workflow history
The service processes the information that authorized users provide: document titles, references, descriptions, text, tags, templates, owners, reviewers, review dates and workflow notes. It stores uploaded files, version metadata, approved content snapshots and publication history. Changes also record the acting account and time in an audit trail.
This information supports document responsibility, independent review, approved-copy access, version history, review scheduling and archival. Your organization's current membership, role and document-access rules determine who can read or change a record. Authorized coworkers can see the content and authorship information needed for their work.
Archiving preserves stored content and immutable history. It does not erase a document, its approved editions or the audit trail.
Service processing and hosting
APPNEURAL operates this service using Cloudflare Workers, D1 databases, R2 file storage and KV session storage. Hosting and network services process request information needed to deliver and protect the service. The sign-in service uses hashed IP/account-derived identifiers for rate limiting.
App connections use HTTPS. Account access is checked by the server; a saved session does not by itself grant a document role.
Information on your device and file sharing
The app saves its session and associated account information in secure storage. Loaded document screens use memory. This app has no offline business-record database or background document synchronization queue; a network connection is needed to load records and confirm changes.
Choosing a file can copy it into the app's private cache for upload. The app retains its owned copy for an uncertain in-screen retry and attempts cleanup after confirmation, local validation failure, discarding or refreshing the upload, leaving the screen or signing out. It only deletes recognized copies inside its own cache, not the original file outside that cache. A crash or failed cleanup may leave a cache copy until the system removes it.
Opening or saving a downloaded file uses the system sharing interface. The app creates a temporary share copy and attempts to remove it after the sharing action returns. A copy you save or send to another app or location is controlled by that destination and your actions.
Device features and analytics
Document Control lets you choose individual files through the system picker. It does not implement advertising, app analytics, push notifications, camera, microphone or location features. Its Android configuration blocks broad external-storage permissions. Service security and document audit records still exist as described above.
Request account and data deletion
To request deletion of your APPNEURAL account and associated personal data, email hello@appneural.com from the email address linked to your account. Include EasyManageX Document Control, your organization code and your workspace address if known. Do not send a password, token, confidential document or identity document in the initial email.
Support verifies the request and reviews the account data, applicable retention requirements and records controlled by the workspace owner. For a business's own records about you, contact that business as well. Business transaction/history records or information required by law or the business agreement may need to be retained; support can explain the requirements that apply to your workspace.
Workspace records are kept under the business's agreement with APPNEURAL. The current app has no automated account-erasure operation. Sign-out, uninstall and archive do not delete server-held account or document records.
