CLEAR OWNERSHIP. CONNECTED FUNCTIONS.

How the scope fits together.

Why it is a separate MicroERP

Supplier/counterparty review can operate independently of PO execution; different buyers can consume its approved profile.

Dependencies to plan

  • Shared party master
  • Evidence storage
  • Reviewer access/approval primitive

Outside this scope

  • Commodity suitability and food specifications preserve qualified review; do not merge supplier identities with product SKUs.
  • Retain original applies-when/source conditions; do not impose qualification on every shared party automatically.
  • Use central party IDs with role-specific profiles, not duplicated supplier/customer masters.
  • Supplier document/bank/approved-category evidence stays supplier scoped.
  • Buyer product eligibility/trading-capability evidence stays buyer scoped.
  • Financial credit-limit authority remains Accounts Receivable; approved eligibility is not permission to override credit exposure.
  • An ID rename is optional; keep the previous supplier-qualification ID as an explicit migration alias if changed.
